We are part of the 350 MW, 5th-generation combined-cycle power plant built for CFE (Mexico’s federal electricity utility) in Lerdo, Durango, working on three fronts.

Civil works (finishes): 15 cm RF-120 fire-rated fiber cement walls, 6.5 cm facades, 3 mm basecoat finishes, building painting, RF-120 mineral wool protection for slabs and roofs, multipanel walls and roofing, storm drainage, and waterproofing.

Epoxy flooring: 5,250 m² (56,500 sq ft) of industrial epoxy flooring with a mirror finish, using CFE-approved epoxy resin and urethane systems.

Anti-static ESD flooring: 2,147 m² (23,100 sq ft) of heavy-traffic flooring with a grounded copper-strip grid, sealed with heat-fused PVC welding and verified for conductivity.
